During their stay, residents participate\n                      in hands-on workforce development by learning practical, income-generating skills such as sheetrocking, carpentry, pressure washing, landscaping, and masonry.<\/p>\n                    <p>In addition to vocational training, residents are connected with essential support services, including employment assistance, mental health resources, and financial literacy education.
