Transitional Housing

Symmetry House Inc. provides safe, stable, and structured transitional housing for homeless veterans in and around the  Jonesborough area. Our housing program is designed to offer veterans a secure place to live for six months to one year while they work toward rebuilding their lives. We understand that stable housing is the foundation for healing, growth, and long-term independence. Through a supportive, veteran-centered environment, residents are given the time, structure, and resources needed to transition from homelessness to self-sufficiency with dignity and purpose.

Mental Health & Wellness

At Symmetry House Inc., we recognize that many veterans face emotional, psychological, and personal challenges as they reintegrate into civilian life. Our Mental Health & Wellness services are designed to support the whole person by connecting residents to essential mental health resources, emotional support, and wellness-focused programming. We aim to create an environment where veterans can heal, rebuild confidence, and strengthen their overall well-being. By prioritizing mental and emotional health, we help residents develop the resilience and stability needed to move forward successfully.

Workforce Development

Symmetry House is committed to helping homeless veterans regain financial independence through hands-on workforce development and practical job training. Residents are provided opportunities to learn valuable trade skills such as  sheetrocking, carpentry, pressure washing, landscaping, and masonry—equipping them with marketable abilities that can lead to employment and long-term stability. In addition to vocational training, veterans also receive support with employment readiness, goal setting, and personal development. Our workforce development model is built to empower veterans with the skills, discipline, and confidence necessary to successfully reenter the workforce and sustain themselves beyond the program.
